Schools To Be Reopen in India these Monday


As per the latest guidance released by the Ministry of Home Affairs students of class 9 to 12 will have an option to visit their schools in the areas outside contaminated zones on a voluntary basis for taking guidance from their teacher from September 21st onwards. several states are gearing up for the partial reopening of school However students, teachers and school staff residing in the containment area will not be allowed to come to school.

Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has led out clear welfare on generic preventive measures before opening up the school like hygiene and sanitation regular disinfection using 1% sodium hypochlorite on the frequently touched surface and that will be made mandatory at the beginning of class and at the end of the day.

On Friday the Delhi government announced that all government and private schools remain closed till October 5 online teaching and learning activities to be continued as usual. Adding to that the Arvind Kejriwal Delhi government has issued a notification stating that students of class 9 to 12 can visit the school and rest to conduct digital learning.

State which are all ready to reopen the schools are Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Kerala, Delhi, Jammu and Kashmir, Goa and Karnataka. And those who are still under the discussion are Maharashtra, Bihar, West Bengal, Rajasthan and Andra Pradesh.
